Customer Service was just lovely, the lady who helped us answered any questions we had very well, helped us find couches that perfectly fit our parameters, and I ended up leaving the store with the exact kind of couch I wanted, perfectly within my budget. Not only are the prices better than some other discount furniture stores in the area, but this place sometimes lets you leave with it that day unlike other places. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for discounted furniture.
Service was fantastic. My husband and I went to 3 different stores to find a new couch and love seat and no place was take home today. Then we walked into this place and found our couches and walked out the door. Shannon was great! She greeted us and helped us in anyway possible and got us checked out and on our way! Highly highly recommend!
I ordered my furniture out of the catalog in the store. The furniture is by Ashley and it is quality and I’m very satisfied. They delivered the furniture in bad weather and set it up for me. They cleaned up, made sure the furniture sat well and took all of the boxes etc the furniture came in. I went to Ashley furniture store in Kalamazoo and the don’t carry their own furniture because I never saw this set in their store.
Best furniture prices in town! Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. Just went in looking for for a sofa set and saw they had a stove at a great price. Wound up buying both and they delivered next day.
Just bought a house and wanted some good furniture for a deal. Don't let them fool you most if not all of their furniture is the same price as name brand store. They were selling an ashley slate section for $1099 and said ashley was selling theirs for $1500. False ashley has the same price $1099 for the exact same couch. But I'd get a warranty if i bought from ashley. Not a discount store at all!
