I was asked to post a review if my Fawley Garage Door service was “amazing.” I do not have the expertise in garage door repair and maintenance to know if the service I received was “amazing.” However I do know that the serviceman, Paul, fixed the problem. Paul thoroughly explained the problem, how he would fix it, and presented several options and recommendations. His explanations were clear and informative. I was happy with his work and the quick response by Fawley Garage Door Service.

Sam was awesome! He was here on time/early. He quickly assessed and diagnosed the situation and went through my options… from purchasing a new motor to repairing the existing motor…I wanted to start with the latter as we are selling this house. Fortunately he was able to fix the disassembled wire controlling the closed position. He was very courteous and professional. He knew his stuff…i would highly recommend him and will ask for him again when I need garage door service.

We had a great garage door repair experience with our Fawley professional, Brett! He arrived on time, provided a clear assessment and explanation of our problem and reviewed all of our options. He even fixed a part we didn’t know was in need of repair. All of this while being helpful, professional and friendly.
