I went in to look at anniversary bands to get an idea of what style I wanted. Patty was very helpful and patient as I tried on multiple styles with no luck. Finally hit on one that I couldn't stop looking at. She said she would hold it for me for several days even though I told her I was really just starting to look and was probably not ready to buy yet. She also spent a lot of time brainstorming options with me as I wasn't sure if I wanted to do something custom with my other rings or just stack everything. I ended up back there two days later as I'm sure she expected. I was a little disappointed that the ring was a size too small as I had hoped to wear it home that day. Patty assured me I would wear it home as they were going to size it while I waited which really surprised and impressed me. When I asked her about her recommendation for the best way to clean my rings, she said to just stop in and let her clean them anytime. I couldn't be more pleased with my ring and with Patty's customer service and I felt like she was truly happy that I was so happy. Thank you for a great experience.

I went in today to sell my 6 mm 22 inch 14 karat gold rope chain. I was going to purchase my daughter a new set of earrings for her sixth birthday. While they were checking out my necklace, I noticed a bracelet exactly like my necklace, except it was only 5 mm and 8 inches wrong. They wanted almost $2200 for the little bracelet so I thought I would get decent money out of my necklace. The lady comes back out and offers me $500 for my necklace. I assume they thought I was desperate for money or something. I would not recommend this place to anybody because one one of two things happened for sure. A: they tried to rip me off or B: their jewelry that they sell is extremely overpriced. Either way, if you have jewelry that is useless to you, I would recommend finding another place to try and sell it because these people rip you a new one!

Wonderful and professional group of people who have an excellent knowledge of metals and gems, including cut, size, karat, etc. They definitely take their time looking with you for your preference and are honest about their selection. They also give a good allotted amount of time to look around on your own and when I went, most everything was 40% off! They have a great warranty and option of gift wrapping!
