Went there today to get a Ralph Lauren watch from Walmart adjusted, and the links were removed and the service was complete within 2 or 3 minutes. With other local watch stores I've been in other places, even a simple link removal can take 10-20 minutes. The service is exceptionally fast, the staff is very warm and welcoming, and overall I throughly enjoyed it. They also have fairly priced, more higher class watch brands such as Citizen which are sold at very agreeable prices from $200+. If you need a watch adjusted, are looking for luxury watch brands at affordable prices, or are even looking for custom engravings and custom Jewlery services, this is absolutely the place to go. I'll be going here for any Jewelery related services for a long time to come!
