I tried to make a return on a charge cord 2 hrs after purchasing, only to be told that “charging accessories are non-returnable”. On my receipt it says all accessories are returnable for 7 days, and it does not distinguish between types of accessories such as charge cords or cases. When I explained how a purchase contract works to the salesperson, they said it was a store policy that cords couldn’t be returned, I asked him to show me the policy where it says that, because my purchase receipt says accessories are returnable. He said he couldn’t show me the policy but that his manager told him that. I asked for a manager, to which he said no manager was available, or could be called. Clearly they do not understand their policy is written on the sales receipt, and if they don’t want to allow “charging” accessory returns, it needs to be printed on the purchase receipt. It’s unfortunate that they make bogus claims without any documentation to support. I would avoid.
