Sound quality is superb on this headset. Very lightweight and comfortable. Staff is helpful and open to giving great discounts and promotions. 12/25/25: Took off one star because the headphone doesn't cancel outside noise very well. If used inside home or office, it performs well. But, on the streets, much of the noise can be heard. I could hear another person standing about 8 feet away having a conversation. Overall quality is good but not best for use outside. Haven't tested the full length of the battery/charge hold yet.
