My car’s computer screen in good condition was swapped for a faulty one during a repair here. I’m very upset, but I know that if I ask them about it, they will just say they don’t know and won’t help me, since there was no clear contract from the beginning. My advice: think carefully before bringing your car here for repairs.😢😢😢

I had a wonderful experience with them. Was seen to assess the problem with my mini cooper and scheduled an appointment quickly. I got into a minor accident the day before my appointment and the additional damages were fixed well. Communication was clear and pricing was reasonable. Would recommend here instead of mini dealership.
XI is great! Easy to communicate with, won't try to scam you. Very knowledgeable and give additional advice and finding while working on your vehicle. Would reccomend to any BMW owner. If you think his prices are expensive, then you shouldn't own a BMW, over half the price over a dealership.
Glad I found this place. Xi is a great guy, honest and fair. Called around and this was the best price. Service, I am recommending Xi and his Shop for BMWs. Will be coming back for my maintain service.
