Aloha Phone Repair by TCA Wireless - Honolulu

I visited this wonderful Aloha Phone Repair on a random Thanksgiving day. Vanna was fantastic and really went out of her way to help me. I was so impressed with her service and the overall experience I had.

I had a great experience at TCA Wireless in Pearl City. My daughter’s iPad had a charger tip broken off in the charging port and I was worried it was going to be an expensive repair. They diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had it fixed in under five minutes. What really impressed me was that they didn’t even insist on charging me for the quick fix. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find. We live in Wahiawa and had already stopped at a few other shops that were either closed or too busy, so I’m really glad we came here. I’ll definitely be bringing my business back to them in the future. Highly recommend!

They took it without properly testing or checking it and told me to come back later. No diagnosis, no explanation. Before going back, I called to ask if it was ready. They said yes. When I arrived, the phone was charging, but now it did not recognize my SIM card, a problem I did NOT have when I brought it in. My phone got soaked during the Honolulu Marathon. And sadly my phone was functioning the same way. So, I decided to take it to Aloha Phone Repair and it was the best decision EVER! The staff went above and beyond to fix my phone. They first thought was only water damage. But it turns out to be other issues. And at the end of the day, my phone was better then ever. A huge shout out to Gerica Mae Pintor for the awesome straight forward service. She took her time and professional effort to get my phone fixed.
