Tim’s service is exceptional. Despite an extremely busy schedule, he made every effort to fit me in promptly. After repairing my dryer—which required extra care due to issues left by the previous homeowner—he willingly returned to make minor adjustments at no additional charge. He provided helpful tips and went above and beyond by bringing my packages inside while I was away from home. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Had a 25 year old KitchenAid microwave that had stopped working. Unfortunately, it was built into some custom cabintry. Went to the 'authorized factory service center' - they said it couldn't be fixed. Tim at Third Generation was able to repair it - at a very reasonable cost & it was ready the next day.
Tim is amazing! I called him yesterday with a broken fridge and he said he was slammed with appointments and likely wouldn’t be able to come until next week (this would have put us without a fridge through several 90 degree days). I was bummed, but understood, and agreed to wait until he had time. Then, by some miracle, he managed to fit us in today between jobs! Tim was SO professional, quick, and even cleaned the entire area after he was done. I will absolutely use them anytime I need an appliance repair and you should too!
Tim came to our home in Sudbury, VT at 4:30pm and took his footwear off prior to entering the kitchen. Near had a service person think of our home in that way. He repaired our 2018 Kenmore Refrigerator.
I've lived in a few different places and have alot if experience with repair guys in my career in the hospitality industry. Tim is absolutely the best I have seen Do not hesitate, knowledgeable ,efficient, noticed another issue while fixing what I called about and quickly repaired that too. Will always call or highly recommend him.
