I can’t imagine a Burlington area contractor that has provided the level of skill, professionalism, reliability and quality of work that we experienced in working with the Guayacan Home Improvement company. After Luis Caguana and his team did an extraordinary job for us in completing a small deck project this spring, we engaged them to undertake a complete roof replacement for our Burlington home in summer 2025. From the initial planning of the project until its successful completion we found the Guayacan team to be knowledgeable, skilled and timely in explaining and performing the various elements of the work. Guayacan is a family business in the best sense of that description. Luis is a knowledgeable and articulate leader of the group and communicates effectively with both his team and his clients. I found him to be friendly, thorough and insistent on clarifying every detail of the job as it was unfolding. The team began and completed their work ahead of schedule and left the work area in immaculate condition at the end of each day. All this was framed within a perfectly reasonable cost structure and with no hidden unexpected charges at the end.
