My wife and I were ready to give up on fireplace inserts altogether, until we experienced how customers should be treated @ Stove Depot. Chad and his team walked us through the selection of inserts and helped us decide on a unit that’s transformed our living room and made winter enjoyable - even a record breaking winter. I can’t recommend Stove Depot high enough to anyone shopping for fireplace inserts, or accessories.
Hats off to the stove depot. I had two service men show up at my residence yesterday to help with service me issues on my used stove purchase. Within 5 minutes they found the problem. Did the necessary repair and tested all functions of the stove. They went over the complete functions of the stove and how it works making things much easier to understand. They went over a suggested cleaning schedule and needed tools. The service was much more than I ever expected. The shared knowledge was greatly appreciated and the dreaded invoice was actually a surprise as for the service that was provided. I was more than happy and very satisfied. The gentleman were friendly which created a very comfortable atmosphere. They answered ever question I had and my stove performed wonderful. To top things off the very next morning I received a phone call asking how the stove was performing!!! Now that is going above and beyond for the customer!!! Thank you to all the folks at the stove depot that assisted me!! I truly appreciate the great service and shared knowledge from everyone!!!!!
I have only had the best experience with Stove Depot. They were extremely helpful in making a decision on what to fit in our large fireplace, sizing a custom surround to hide all the various pipes, and have come back out as soon as they could to assist with a couple problems (that weren't their fault, but a manufacturer issue). Highly recommend working with these folks.
We had our pellet stove and pipe cleaned and we were very happy with the thorough cleaning Shawn did. It hasn’t run this smoothly in 3 years. Thank you!
