I just purchased a range here and was very happy with the service! Shaun was incredibly helpful in assisting me choose the range, and arranging a quick delivery. There’s a good selection of floor models but they weren’t what I wanted so Shaun helped me find one online and ordered it, but used the store models to show me the differences. They even arranged a plumber they work with to meet the delivery for a quick install. They were good communicators and prices were reasonable. I anticipate that all future appliances will be purchased at Hannon as everything was so easy, friendly and efficient. My last appliance purchases were at a larger chain store and everything was hard.

I went to Hannon Home Center hoping they would be different than the big box appliance stores but they were not. After explaining my frustration with big box stores, I was assured Hannon would handle delivery and installation of my wall over. After arranging delivery and taking off work, two men arrived to “drop” the oven off but not install it. I was told that they don’t install wall ovens. The oven is sitting in my garage. I called and was told someone would help and call me back but I never received a call from anyone at Hannon. I will not be returning to Hannon. After posting a one star review, someone from Hannon reached out to me regarding my issue. I live maybe 30 to 40 minutes away, and this is rural Vermont, so I consider 30 to 40 minutes “close by”. I changed my review to 3 stars now, as they did finally reach out to me. It’s sad that the only way to get someone to respond is by posting a bad review. I stand by my initial review in that I was told that the installation would be coordinated by Hannon with a local installer. Instead I was left to fend for myself. I had to uninstall my existing wall oven and disconnect the hard wiring and remove the old oven from my house before the installer would come. Not many people would be capable of this. I am hoping this is resolved and the new oven installed next week, or thanksgiving is going to be rough.
