They installed a water softener when all I wanted was a water purifier. Left no instructions and I can’t find the model number. I’m a senior and my husband had Alzheimer’s and I was his caretaker. They really saw me coming. I hope they will follow up with me when I finally get ahold of them. I can’t believe I as this stupid!
Madison, my installer was quick, friendly and efficient. Everything was explained in great detail, and even when I had questions he made sure I understood the whole house system before he left. Thank you Nathan, and Miguel for the follow ups, excited to be apart of the team!
Original post: one star, Saw this truck and employee yelling at the no kings protest that we are idiots. Nice. Don't use this company. NEW NOTE: I changed my one star rating to a 5 star rating! One of the leadership team reached out to me and assured me this is not a reflection of the company at all. I appreciate him doing that and it meant a lot. What folks do in their personal time is their business, just don't do it in a company vehicle. We are all in this together!! Rock on Source H2O!
