I was very happy with the professional, prompt and courteous people I dealt with at Mountain View Window & Door. DeWayne, the Trusted Advisor and their contractor(s) Scott and Ryan worked together to get the job done in a timely, efficient manner and left my home as neat as when they started. I was replacing a sliding-glass door I had installed in 2013 that didn't last 10 years. The Andersen product appears to be a much better product. I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MTN VIEW WINDOWS AND DOORS! We had a horrific experience wherein they ordered the wrong color skylights (small mistake there), installed both the windows and skylights horribly, and then when I sent them videos and photos of the active damage being done to our home, they would not offer compensation to fix what they did to our house. In fact, they blamed us claiming we requested that they install the windows that way. Attaching some photos here so others can see the active waterfalls leaking from our windows. No accountability from them, AND a terrible finish work with probably the worst caulk job I’ve ever seen. I don’t complain about contractors often, but Mtn View Windows and Doors has cost us thousands of dollars in repairs and damage. Do. Not. Use. Them…even if they give you a low quote. It’s not worth the money you think you will save

MVWD is a great company with super friendly staff. We've used them for many years for our homes and they are always professional, very detail oriented and on time. I appreciate their communication and friendly nature. I would highly recommend MVWD to anyone looking for windows, doors or door hardware. They are great!
