I have spent many nights crying because I can’t go back and redo our special day but hopefully this can help someone else- We used them for photos for engagement and they turned out great, we talked with them about everything we wanted for our big day and they promised so much. When it came to the day we were supposed to have 2 photographers and a videographer all night. We only had 1 photographer for part of the night then a photographer/videographer that rushed through every photo and cut out half of the arch and scenery that we wanted. Originally only got 200 photos out of thousands and I had to beg for more because he had promised them all to me. After weeks we got more photos somewhere re-edited, and were working on the videos. We only got a 12 minute video with bits and pieces of the night when I told him I didn’t care how long it was I wanted everything that was videoed. My brother and husbands brothers did private speeches for us that were supposed to go over the video and he said that they “sound too drunk” and when he added them they did not sound drunk at all just nervous like everyone else in speeches, I feel that he just didn’t want to do it. I gave full payment the day of the wedding; now I know I should have paid a partial payment until the work was done. Our brothers especially mine worked so hard on his speech and practice so it was as perfect as possible. We only had a couple photos of us the bride and groom- I gave many examples of inspiration- the photos were basic poses because the photographer was in such a rush, and I had sent ideas and talked with him about specific poses that I wanted. I even had a binder of poses, and it did not get looked at. Through out the whole process Matthew acted like I was stupid and overbearing when I just want what we had originally talked about. He also makes it extremely difficult to get your photos and videos because he won’t put them on a drive he only shares them online to you have to download them before it won’t let you access it anymore. I could go on but I do not recommend them to anyone ever, especially my brothers wedding coming up soon.
