This was my first experience with Barney Off Road and totally satisfied. Calling in offered a friendly and confidence inspiring experience. They were even able to get me in same day which was awesome! That outcome felt great on the road. It took a little while, but the outcome was worth it. Pricing Felt fair and I would definitely trust this team with my rig again! Thanks!
What a pleasant experience! From the initial phone call to paying the bill. Thank you for doing a great job replacing the front brakes on my RX 350 F Sport. No haggling- just a darned fair price. Friendly and polite staff. I found my new repair shop!
These guys helped me out on a 4000 mile road trip when my CV axel blew. It was a weekend and the shop was closed but I was able to get in contact with the owner and he was gracious to fit me in for Monday morning. He not only repaired the CV axle but also realigned the drive shaft (that was improperly installed causing vibrations) and replaced a warn out ujoint. Additionally, the owner and his employees worked after hours to get me back on the road so I could continue enjoying my vacation. I can't say enough about how much they helped me out. I would recommend Barney brothers to anyone with any car issues...Especially Toyota and Jeep trucks! If I didn't see those modified Jeeps and Tacomas in the lot of have probably kept on driving. Thank you guys! The truck is running much better!
My front bumber was damaged while I was on a road trip and these guys were able to hope on and get it pinned up on short notice. Now I can get back home without being stranded at a hotel waiting for a new part. What’s even more impressive was that they did it for me free of charge. I would give more stars if I could!!!
Absolutely the best shop in town. I brought them my truck after my dealer messed up several times doing something that should have been simple but refused to do the research and take the time to do right. Bo the mechanic was/is extremely professional and knowledgeable, he pointed out what was wrong instantly and came up with a game plan to get me back on the road again safely. These guys also installed my custom 4 link suspension kit( I had it powder coated and they didn’t scratch a hair on it) I will always take my truck to these guys no matter what, the best part is , when they were done fixing my truck, the bill was less expensive than they initially quoted me, which never happens!!! 10 stars!!!!
