Thank you Tim for your long hours and patience. Thank you also Braxton, Audrey, and Tom. Tom explained our options and was thorough. This was a large complicated job. A-1 team was professional in every aspect. We were kept informed every day. We were supplied with whatever we needed. We highly recommend this company. They finished with immaculate cleanup. Great communication from start to finish with A-1; before the job in scheduling, during the repair with John and after the job as well. John did a great job in explaining what was needed for our furnace and what the options were. No sales pitch, just good communication in a clear and respectful manner and let us decide. Very surprising how quickly he replaced 2 zone valves, cleaned and checked out everything on the furnace and showed me the worn parts which helped me understand the reason for the problem. Overall excellent service. Glad I chose A-1.
Austin came by today and removed a heater from 1997 that was very difficult to access in a tight corner space in my hallway. He was very courteous and kind. The new heater replacement is a dream, he made sure everything was safely set up and left better than he found it. I appreciate his professionalism around my animals and delicate furniture. I would definitely recommend him and A1 heating and cooling again
We recently had a new heat pump system installed in our house and had a great experience with the folks at A-1. Wade, Braun, and Brad were kind, knowledgable and super efficient. They made surprisingly quick work of the install, and kept our house clean and tidy in the process. They were very responsive to our questions and didn't hestitate to show up in person to help us out. They also helped us take advantage of tax credits and rebates for the system with no headaches involved. We would highly recommend!
