I’ve had an amazing experience with this location and staff. A larger company down the road said they could fix my phone but it would take over a week. I figured no big deal. I made an appointment and dropped it off and they said they couldn’t fix it because it was too damaged. So I took my phone to the phone medic in the mall and they had my phone fixed up in a matter of hours not weeks and at a competitive price. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I will be taking all my electronics here in the future. Took in my Xbox 360 and my a friend of mines with my PlayStation 2 for a deep clean and now only one of the 3 consoles work properly. My friend is missing his hard drive and my PlayStation 2 disk drive doesn't open so I can test the rest of the console. I wish we could post videos with a review Update from this. Megan was great in getting everything fixed and reconciled. Since this issue was addressed and fix I have had nothing but good experiences with the mesa mall location and the staff.

After 3 times back to the store I was told that they would not fix the screen separating because it was damaged. I’ve added a pic of the I damaged screen. This is a scam to not take responsibility For the warranty, they say they provide. Never again . Don’t do it. Wasted over $300

Peyton was more than helpful. She knew her stuff got me all taken care of with my brand new phone. Thank you for hiring people with intelligence, patience and a great demeanor. I will tell everyone.
