I had problems with getting my machine fixed and then I was going up state and we stopped to see he could at least tell us what was wrong and within a few minutes he had it fixed, and we were on our way. Fabric has been a great choice, and the staff is great to work with. Wish you were not so far away. Thanks again.
Great sewing collection and front desk folks. Terrible repair center!! Repair person was rude, dismissive, and “lost” my presser foot. The notes about my lack of repair “was that I had the wrong presser foot and was deemed unrepairable”. I spoke with them over the phone prior to picking up my machine and told him that wasn’t the issue, the presser foot was correct. I couldn’t even confirm this myself with my machine manual when I picked it up because he “lost it”. Even the front desk was baffled. They are not Brother certified which I wasn’t aware of. I do not recommend/or trust them to repair anything. Go to just support the lovely people up front.

I just finished my second owner's class for my Pfaff sewing machine that I've been using for 9 months. This sewing machine is awesome and with a better knowledge of how to use the machine, I am super excited. The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend purchasing a machine from The Quilters' Corner! The service and care for their customers cannot be overstated. Lot's of great fabric, books, notions and more. Worth the trip!!
