Highly, HIGHLY recommended. Helped me with a recent laptop battery and hard drive failure. Replaced both and saved me tons of data and time. THEN helped reestablish my email account. Extremely reasonable prices and some of the nicest, most courteous and professional people you will meet. If it was capable of giving 6 stars, I would do it.

Between knowledge&customer service, Tech Medic deserves 10+ stars. Tim tried all spare phones he had, to work with my chip, so I would have a phone until my got mine back. He also did his best so I wouldn't need a new screen for my water damage phone. And surprisingly, I did not need a new one, and my phone has been working just as it was before. If you are not willing to replace your, you should definitely go there! 🙂

I last went to this place several months ago, but forgot to leave a review back then. This is a great small business that absolutely deserves support. I went there when my Pixel 3 unexpectedly died on me. They ordered a new battery to see if that would fix it. Unfortunately the phone, I've since found out, is dead for good. But they didn't charge me for a battery since they returned it. All in all, it only ended up costing about $45 for them to keep my phone for a few days, test what's wrong with it and expedite a new battery to see if that fixed it. I returned there a few months later to see if they had screen protectors for my pixel 7. They didn't, but they openly appreciated asking them first instead of buying off Amazon, which they did suggest after. They actually suggested other businesses to try for my fixing dead phone as well, as they could tell I was very visibly devastated about losing it so suddenly. I just really appreciate their genuine help, even if it meant having to take my business elsewhere. They're just very nice people. It's nice when you ask for help and the people there are interested in helping instead of just going through the motions. Absolutely worth it as your go to with tech issues! An awesome crew for sure.
