Hometown Central Vacuum is the business of choice if you need a repair. The owner Jim is prompt with returning calls and is able to meet in person on short notice. The owner also came with his employees to help repair our central vacuum. His employees are very friendly and work quickly and safely. These folks fixed the circuit board on our central vacuum a while back and were accurate with the diagnosis, easy to work with, and had good communication. The part itself was a bit pricey, but that's not their fault. Overall we had a good experience and will call them again if we need central vacuum repair in the future.
