Very efficient service! Took my MacBook Pro there on a Thursday evening. I explained the problem. They advised me what my options were regarding each possible situation that they could encounter, as well as the pricing for each scenario. They followed up with me the following day to let me know that my issue was fixed and they were able to save my data. The cost was reasonable, especially opposed to buying a new computer. After retrieving my computer, I emailed them to ask them a question and I received a response back less than 20 minutes later with my question answered. I'm completely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.
