Calvin from Blaze Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing came out same day for a free electrical estimate, which was impressive on its own. He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. He even went into a very tight crawl space to investigate wiring and make sure he understood the full situation before providing recommendations. I also appreciated that he was curious about the overall electrical system in the home — not just the immediate issue — and took the time to build a comprehensive, well-explained quote. There was zero pressure, just honest insight and professionalism. I decided not to move forward with the work at this time, but the service experience was excellent. I’d absolutely recommend Calvin and Blaze to anyone needing electrical work.

Do NOT recommend for electrical installations. Awful quality work and service. I’ve been waiting all day for a call back from a manager - I called twice and was sent to the managers voicemail. The new ceiling light has been wired into a circuit with NO SWITCH so my daughter’s new bedroom light can’t even be tuned off! The ceiling box isn’t level and the room was left covered in drywall dust. I’m seeking a full refund so a qualified electrician can wire the light to the switch. Terrible quality work and customer service.

My hvac went out during the middle of winter and right before a big storm. I called Blaze and Hayden arrived same day. He was polite and informative and let me that I need a replacement and not a repair. My unit was 16 years old (I’ve owned the home for 6). I called multiple companies and blaze was the most honest, polite and fair with the best warranty options. I’m incredibly happy with the work that was done. Every tech and manager I spoke with were kind. I would recommend them to my family and friends

I have peace of mind now since Blaze electrician Kyair N. upgraded our electrical system. He answered my questions and explained anything I didn’t understand. He came out on Monday to give an estimate and was back on Wednesday to do the work, and there was quite a bit of work to do. They offer a payment plan if you need it and options to choose from. If you have electrical issues, I totally recommend Blaze! Great job Kyair!!
