It was my first time building a pc and I got stuck a very crucial part of process. I wasn't able to fix the problem myself so I went here to get it hoping they could find and fix the problem I was having with the ram. They did that and fix a few other problems I didn't know I had at the time. I am definitely glad I went here because their prices are fair compared to other places in the area and their costumer service is quick and polite. Definitely would recommend coming here if you have any computer problems.
I dropped my laptop off about four weeks ago and finally just got it back.
At drop-off, I paid for the repair and the part was ordered with an estimated turnaround time of about seven days. I also brought my charger with me, but the employee told me they didn’t need it.
Two weeks went by with no update, so I called the store to check on the status. That’s when I was told there had been a shipping issue with the part. I understand that things happen but it would’ve been nice to receive an update instead of having to call and find out myself.
By week three, I called again, only to learn the part had to be reordered.
In week four, I finally received a text saying my laptop was ready for pickup — but they needed me to bring my charger to test it (the same charger they said they didn’t need). I had to drive home across town to get it and come back. When I returned, the laptop still wasn’t fully put back together because they claimed they were waiting on the charger before reassembling it.
Overall, the experience was frustrating. They may know how to repair devices, but communication and organization are clearly lacking.
My recommendation: order the part yourself and take it to another repair shop. Otherwise, be prepared to be without your computer for a while.

I appreciate the reply, but I need to clarify the timeline because parts of your response don’t reflect what happened.
At drop-off, I was quoted approximately seven days for the repair once the part was ordered. I understand delays can happen, but I was not proactively updated. I had to call multiple times to get status updates.
During those calls and texts, I was given different explanations. First, I was told there was a shipping delay due to a storm. Later, I was told via text that the part had never shipped. Then when I came in four weeks later to pick up the laptop, I was told the system showed the part had arrived — but that it was never actually received and had to be reordered.
Those conflicting explanations are what made the situation frustrating.
Regarding the charger, I brought it at drop-off and was told it wasn’t needed. When I received the pickup text, I was then asked to bring it in, which required another trip across town. When I arrived, the laptop had not been fully reassembled because you were waiting on the charger.
I also asked about replacing the battery while the laptop was already open and was told I would receive a follow-up, which never happened.
After reviewing other customer feedback, I noticed similar concerns mentioned about communication. That pattern made me feel it was important to share my experience as well.
My review reflects the overall experience — particularly the communication gaps and inconsistent updates. I’m glad the device is working, but the process could have been handled more professionally

I am new to the area and I was already
skeptical about where to take my MacBook to get repaired. Taking my laptop here to get repaired was a true blessing and I hope this review could possibly lead others to obtain the same. The repair was very time efficient, the individuals working here reassured me that the work would be worthy and I promise my screen looked way better than it did before I walked through the doors. If you're in the area looking to get your screen repaired, this is your confirmation to go to Computer CPR. I will definitely (well hopefully not lol ) be going back and recommending this location to anyone I come in contact with that needs the saving!
HOW do they have decent reviews?! My computer NEEDS CPR after visiting these guys. I dropped off a tablet with a broken screen after Thanksgiving. We had to come take it from them in January because it still wasn't done. If we hadn't gone to get it, they would still have it now and there would be NO communication. They never called or texted us towards the end - only responded to my husband after he texted them (I texted them one time and got nothing back). My husband picked it up, brought it home, and it sat in it's case for two months on my table. I opened it today to see what state it was in and the laptop (which was brand new and clean other than the screen damage) had food or some kind of oily residue all over the back, scuff marks everywhere, and a bent frame (don't ask how my husband missed this, it confuses me too). The screen was dangling from the unit. They may as well have taken a !@#$ in it, closed it up and thrown it off a cliff. They're lucky I didn't come in to pick it up. Don't even bother with them. The only thing they did right was not having the audacity to charge me a penny for this cluster.
