The company came out the same day of my call which was already a step in the right direction. The star of my service call - Tim, individual that takes pride, integrity, transparency in their work (old school guy ). He was attentive, professional and even taught me a few things along the way to be an educated homeowner. In this day and age where jobs are converting to AI or choosing younger people that have far less experience, I would go for Tim all day long. On a side note, I want to thank the gentleman that viewed Tim for his years of experience and work ethic and gave him an opportunity to do what he does. And Tim, thank you so much, it was great chatting with you.
