I gave them a chance back in June, the sales person really convinced me that I would be getting better service than what I currently had. It was way more than what I was paying previously but I gave them a chance because of how promising it looked. I realized with time that it was less quality service than I had received with my previous company while paying more. I had a baby right after signing up so this matter was the last on my mind. Finally had time to call. I spent over 30 mins (the first call got disconnected) trying to cancel. This Company is a Scam!!! I signed up in July for the Mosquito Package. The months of service are: J, A, S, and Oct, then a break thru fall and winter, picking up again in April, then May & June which completes the 1 year plan they lock you into. They made 2 attempts in November to service my property which they can then bill for. Luckily, I was home and stopped them. I called corporate and they assured me they wouldn't come out again until the contract specified time in April 2026. It's now.
