Kyle and AJ delivered our new washer and dryer today. They did an exceptional job installing the appliances and walking me through the operation and highlights of the Speed Queen brand. Their friendliness and knowledge was an added bonus to the great customer service we received from ordering to delivery. Definitely will recommend Ted's Appliance to all.
We were very pleased today with our visit to Ted’s Appliance. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door and were shown a variety of gas dryers. The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and made our decision easy. Three hours later our dryer arrived! Kyle and Davell were very pleasant and efficient. They made our day!! I recently had some appliance issues and called Ted's Appliance after doing my due diligence for area appliance repair businesses. I was familiar with Ted's but had never needed repair service. The person who scheduled the technician, Kim, was very helpful and got a technician to my home as soon as reasonably possible. William Hurd was the technician assigned to my repair request. In advance of his arrival, I received a text with a photo of William and estimated arrival time. He also called to let me know when he was within 20 minutes of arrival. William is very knowledgeable, experienced, and an excellent technician. In addition to his skills, he provides old-fashioned customer service which is rare these days. In addition to resolving all the repair issues, he was prompt, careful with his tools and very respectful of the surroundings. And, he cleans up when complete. I am so pleased to know I can always count on excellent service for all my appliances for the foreseeable future. The best part is their reasonable prices. I can highly recommend Ted's Appliance and William Hurd, technician.
