Jeff came to quote our punch list of ideas and was very helpful in making the right choices for our new condo. Dustin and Drew did the work and were friendly, efficient and clearly skilled. They got all our work done ahead of schedule - even let us add an additional outlet on the fly - and left our place clean and tidy like they found it. Five stars - highly recommend.
Promises to show up was less than perfect. On at least 2 occasions during this small project, we were forgotten (electrician did not show up). However, quality of work upon completion was good.
I am very happy with the work provided by Webster. We had several projects, ranging from hanging fixtures to adding new outlets, and the service was excellent. Both the estimator and the electrician arrived on time and were very professional. The electrician even vacuumed the area, moved the furniture back into place, and removed all debris before leaving. We will definitely be calling them again for future needs.
The experience with Webster was top shelf from beginning to end. Their understanding of how lighting layouts can make a house feel so much more like a home is amazing. Jeff took his time to understand our needs and talked us through plenty of options. The electricians did the same, ensuring that nothing was lost in translation from the quote to the installation. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it and gave us a detailed walk through. I would recommend Webster Electric to anyone who needs their services.
