Purchased a whole house generator, every interaction was excellent, right down to the driver calling to let me know he was on his way, they not only delivered but sat it on the pad I had prepared. Even took the skid and packaging. Better service that any big box store!

Very poor experience. I ordered 3 breakers and told they would be in the following day. I showed up a half an hour before they close the following day and apparently someone decided to close early. Went there the following morning to find out they did not have all of the breakers after being told when I ordered, that they would call me if there were any issues.

Nice location they have sq D products.it's not a huge store so they have to order supplies in sometimes
