Hearthcrest is the best option for fireplace installs and service in Grand Rapids. They were super great to work with, professional, competitive in cost, and when there was a faulty wireless module they even replaced it and came back out to install it free of charge. The service is top-notch and Karen and her team do an excellent job! Would highly recommend Hearthcrest if you are looking to get a nice fireplace, it's well worth it!
I can't say enough great things about Karen, her team and Anthony who installed our fireplace. They were amazing to work with and were prompt with all my questions and concerns. We bought a log set and wood burning fireplace from these guys. They did a great job on both. They were very patient with us as well.
