This was my first experience with Vredevoogd, they were a recommendation. Overall everyone was very professional. the service call confirmed that i needed to replace my very old furnace. Jeremy was able to walk me through the process of selecting the furnace (and A/C) units that best suited my home’s requirements. He explained everything and ensured i was comfortable with my selections. The units were installed THE NEXT DAY!! i had several service personnel performing the installs from multiple disciplines. Derek V, Josh H, and Cody D, were my point of contact during the installs. Drop cloths and shoe covers were used to protect my floors, any mess that was made was cleaned up and the area was returned to its original condition. They even managed to finish a couple of hours earlier than expected. A++
