We were referred to Chim-Chimney and we are glad this is who we went with. We already have it in our calendar for when we need to call them out next. Technicians were honest and very professional. We can see the difference after the cleaning and there is absolutely no mess in our living room after the fact. Cannot stress enough that this is the company I would trust and recommend to handle all cleaning and repairs in the future.
We have never owned a fireplace before… so we called Chim-Chimney shortly after moving in to ensure our fireplace was safe and ready for winter. Chim-Chimney spent over an hour at our house, cleaning and educating us about our fireplace. We just had our first fire and it’s wonderful! I’d recommend to anyone!
Awesome service. Our technician, Danny, was very knowledgeable and honest with what services we needed done. We have two fireplaces - one needed to be cleaned, one did not. I appreciate the honesty and not trying to push a service we didn’t need. He explained the process and completed the service quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend.
We bought our house that has a masonry fireplace with a gas insert. It looked like someone had also burned wood in it in the past. We are going to install a wood stove and wanted the chimney inspected before we put a stainless liner in. Anthony did a thourough inspection and it did not require needing cleaned. He also gave us advice on how to run a liner for ease of future cleanings. He was very professional and kind to our family. I would recommend this company to anyone.
