Ordered a lot of parts and gaskets to do a maintenance to my 25 PDV which I think the world of. After it was all done there was a noise that was not there before, after checking out the noise I found out the new bottom pellet supply motor was the problem. I contacted Stove and Grille and they sent me a replacement motor. I installed the replacement and the noise is GONE, quite as if it was not 18 years old. They are a GREAT company to work with, excellent support and parts!!
Let me just say wow, How amazing to get my parts so quickly. I ordered my parts after hours and kinda figured my order would but not even be acknowledged until later the next day, but I received an email the next morning stating it was shipped. Thank you.
Shipped a gasket for a Harmon stove hopper gasket - bent, crunched, and no way can it make an airtight seal. Picture on website shows a nice roll of gasket. This part was folded and crunched into a 4 1/2 x 6" bag, not rolled up, and sent in an envelope and not a box as it should have been.
Ordered an auger motor on December 2. Paid for two day air shipping because it’s winter time, cold and my auger motor went out on my pellet stove. Needed the part fast. Was suppose to arrive December 5. When I checked the shipment tracking the afternoon of December 4, the update showed the shipment won’t arrive until December 8. I immediately called the customer service number and explained the situation. I explained that I paid for two day shipping and was displeased the item would not arrive on schedule and asked to get a refund on shipping. I was told it was a sortation issue and I would have to call back after the item was delivered and try to get a refund. I asked about shipping another part and was told it shipped again it wouldn’t arrive until Monday. I asked about over night and was told if I called 6 hours ago they could have shipped the part over night but there are no weekend deliveries. I expressed I was willing to pay for weekend delivery just to get the part here. The customer service agent was no help. The companies policy on no weekend deliveries is dumb. Again, it’s cold! Thankfully I have a second heating system that costs a small fortune to run. This company needs to rethink their shipping policy and get customer service agents who understand what customer service is.
Original post: I ordered the EF-047-AMP firebox liner with insulation for my EF3 pellet stove and received something else. What I received was for an entirely different model. The center piece received is too tall; I should have received one right piece and one left piece but instead I received two left pieces that are too tall. I called and left a voice message. I also sent another email stating that the burn pot liner did not fit in the burn pot. Amended post: I received a email clarifying that a new burn pot and the correct firebox liner with insulation would be shipped out by UPS 2 day air. The new parts received fit perfectly! After installing the new parts, I realized that something else is wrong with the stove that is causing it to shut down. I got a call from a technician who helped troubleshoot the potential problem. My initial review was a 1 star, and I am now changing it to 5 stars. I can’t thank you enough for reaching out to me in a timely manner and helping me with fixing my stove. Your website is very informative and user friendly. I plan to purchase more products from this company/website. Thank you for your service!
