Absolutely amazing craftsmanship. Cannot say enough about the work George did to repair and restore my dining room table and chairs that were horrifically damaged by a supposedly recommended moving company. My husband and I could not tell which end of the table had been gouged. Looking forward to entertaining now. Thank you again.
The Refinishing Oracle brings furniture back from the dead! They're amazing. I brought in a beloved family table to the shop in pieces. Not only did they do a fantastic job refinishing the existing parts but they also fabricated, matched and finished the missing pieces. They even had it ready in time for Christmas. Highly recommended!

George and his team are some of the last few furniture artisans in southeastern New England that work with broad range of finishes and stains on furniture from heirloom antiques to modern pieces. He repaired and refinished a battered, epoxy coated Liberty Ship hatch cover table for us that would have been lost due to years of damage. Not only did George and his team delicately remove the old finish, but they repaired and restained the piece and recoated with an epoxy sealer (a finish few work with anymore). I cannot say enough good things about The Refinishing Oracle's workmanship, counsel and price point.
