Out of 3 companies that I received quotes from to address water leaks from rain/windstorms in multiple areas in my basement, Ramjack in Wareham was the only one that directly and successfully addressed the problem with a reasonable price quote. Work was done professionally, timely and as described in the proposal.

I had a great experience. Initially, the quote was unrealistic for the job, but after having them rereview and providing a different company’s quote, they were very apologetic and provided a more accurate number and then price matched. Communication was great and they were professional. The work done looks good and they explained everything very well while working. I worked with Matt and Greg who were very nice and helpful.
Had a great experience with David! He came out, spent a solid 2 hrs with me just walking around the house, making sure everything was okay. I vocalized what I wanted from them as a consumer and they delivered, no problems. I got the quote at the same meeting, scheduled with the office and that was it! I had (what I consider a large crack) in my foundation that was pre-existing from the previous owner of my home. It busted open from that bad storm in December. One day of work, super clean when they left. Also, super relieved they could work around my oil tank.
Great communication all the way. Quality work. Had a retaining wall that was cracked and starting to lean outwards. The work they did was extensive. The crack was arrested from any further travel. To my surprise the went above and beyond what I had contracted them to do. They saw some other issues and corrected them also. I like the fact that the warranty goes with the house. The next owner doesn’t have to worry about it. I highly recommend them. I saw some negative comments about scheduling work. Ramjet was very specific about timing of the work and a window of time that they would do the work. Yes it could be weeks or even months for them to get to you but that was presented to me before the contract. Very satisfied customer.
