Michael was helpful in finding the right fridge for our needs. The space we are putting it in has some limitations and he guided us to the most appropriate models and explained some key differences. He wasn’t pushy but checked in the right amount. The prices were good. But importantly, when we noticed that the same model was available for less, Michael refunded the difference. The installers were also very professional. I will use them again.

Excellent, attentive and well-informed sales staff. My person was Shaun S. He guided me through the many makes and models of microwave ovens and 18" dishwashers for my small apartment. I valued his recommendations. The microwave delivery and installation went smoothly; the installer was timely, courteous and efficient. He even warned me in advance that the drilling he was about to do would be loud. I appreciated his thoughtfulness. I am happy with my purchase so far. I am a repeat customer, and would recommend Standard TV to friends.
