Went in, wanted to buy vacuum, was told the model was out of stock and would soon be back in stock. Left my name and number and was told I would receive a call. Never did. Two weeks went by, so I returned in person. Personnel gave no indication of interest in my problem, knew nothing about the situation. I am all for supporting local merchants but Not this particular one.
I have a Dyson vacuum that I managed to break. It was out of warranty. They fixed it and got it back to me in a week. It now works better than it ever did.
Here's my story, my wife had a heart attack and is no longer with us. She purchased a Miele TriFlex HX vacuum from Josh for $929.00 and only used it once. Josh told me they have a 30 day return policy, however, it's only been 28 days. And he will not take the vacuum back. Under the circumstances don't you think Stark's should take the vacuum back under the 30 day return policy. Josh, also said that if he took it back that he couldn't feed his family, plus he would have to sell it for a lost. If that is the way they run their store why would anyone want to buy from Stark's?
