My husband posted a review yesterday regarding diagnostic for a check engine light not being done. The lady at the front office just called me to tell me it was our fault we did not request to have the check engine light diagnosed. I told her I just paid $900 for a new radiator yesterday and should not have to pay someone else to read a code and clear it. She said people ride around with a check engine light on all the time so they don’t worry about it. I explained, I am not one of those people and if something is wrong with my truck, I am interested in fixing it. She continued to tell me if was my fault so I told her not to call me with her bs.
