I dropped my car off because the check engine light was on and they totalled it driving it around. I never got my car back. It was the same time as I was finishing my enlistment and moving. It put me in a very tough spot.

Fraser's Auto was easy to work with. Had a tow company deliver my car and sort out the details while I was still at work. Nick sent me photos of the damaged struts. Able to pay for the parts first, then pay for labor was complete. He kept me well informed that I did not worry. I will certainly be coming back if there is more work to be done.

I’m shocked to see all these reviews. I had the most horrible experience with Nate. His father, Mike, was great. One of the best. My Cadillac was running rough. Took it to Nate and he said he would fix it. He asked me if I could pay upfront. Knowing Mike and it was Christmas time so I figured Nate needed the money, why would he ask? So I went ahead and gave him, $2,000. Four days later he said it was ready but still a few things he wanted to check. Two days after than, he said I needed an engine. My car caught on fire and was a total mess. Dead battery $350 later. Which he would not guarantee. When finally got my car back it was destroyed. I had a very well known, extremely experienced mechanic evaluate my car. Thanks to this nightmare. I have to sell my car for parts. I have pictures to prove it. He was as obnoxious and rude at the end. The nightmare goes on and on. I WILL NEVER recommend Nate.

Mike and his crew have been taking care of my cars for years. I always get a fair price for their labor. Never have any complaints and I promise they will not gouge you. Like some of those box auto repair shops...Thanks Mike..
