Your service did an excellent job replacing my garage door springs. From scheduling literally next day service and the professionalism and expertise of the technician Donte, I give you guys 5 stars. The price was more than I anticipated but overall we were very satisfied.
I could not be more pleased with the service I received. From the initial call and chat with Kim and the prompt arrival of the technicians it was a wonderful day. Aaron explained every detail to me and I am very happy with the outcome. It was probably the best experience I have ever had regarding home repairs.
I cannot emphasize enough what a great company Wallen Garage Door is. I went to open my garage door to head to work this morning and BANG my garage door spring snapped in half! My car was stuck inside the garage with no way for me to get to work. Immediately, I went on Google and found Wallen Garage Door based on their great reviews. The technician Wes came out within 30 minutes and had my door up and running in under 1 hour. I was able to still make it to work and not have to use any time off. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!
Wallen Garage door was great. My tenant called this morning saying the garage door wouldn’t open. I found Wallen Garage door and they were out within a few hours and had the issue fixed super fast.
