This team went above beyond to get me what i needed when my moms ac died on one of the hottest days of the year. The piece i needed was hardly available anywhere. They made calls, arranged pick ups,you name it. Ultimately they got everything i needed in a pinch. Im eternally grateful for all they did for a random passerby looking for parts 🙌🏽🙏🏾
My first time buying parts here…I’m a DIY home owner and my AC had been down for a few days…they helped me with parts to get it up and running. They will be my first stop from now on whenever I need parts for appliances or HVAC.
I was search for a whirlpool refrigerator part and found Blue Crab Appliance on Google. I called to inquire about the part and was pleasantly surprised with a quick, friendly and professional response. Crystal took the part information and looked up the availability for my part. It was not in stock, but they could have it delivered the next day. Big bonus, the part was $50.00 dollars cheaper than anywhere else I had found. So, I placed the order. Sure, enough they called the next afternoon and had the part in hand. I was very impressed with professionalism and willingness to help.
