I had a great experience at Washplex Car Wash. The service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. A special thank you to Gia, who gave me her full attention and was extremely helpful throughout the visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly outstanding customer service—I loved it!
Great car wash, free vacuums, rags, towels, window cleaner. The attendant was awesome! Very friendly, easy to talk to. At the end of the day, a car wash is a car wash. But this place just feels different (in a good way). Sorry if misspell your name Andrake. But that guy was great
recently spoke with an employee named Tyler, and I want to commend him for his excellent customer service. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful during my visit. However, I would like to offer one suggestion. Considering the amount customers pay for a car wash, it would be greatly appreciated if vacuuming services were included. I believe adding this would significantly enhance the overall customer experience. I hope this is something your team will consider.
I really enjoyed this car wash but it didn’t clean my car as well as I expected and it further damaged my paint job. I still have bird poop residue on my car that I came to get off. Lol But Javonte was very sweet! He even gave me a free air freshener. I got the Nor’Easter wash. Maybe if I got a more expensive one it would’ve done better.
