Happy customer! I scheduled a technician to come perform water heater maintenance. Both the office staff and the technician were lovely to work with. Solid expertise, very courteous and open to answering questions, made the whole process easy and efficient. I’ll be contacting them again for any future needs I may have!
Our third or fourth visit from Specialty Pump, great service, lots of options, no heavy sales pitches, and love working with the same technician. Ander is so patient and tells me everything I want to know about the issue, gives me details about options and lays them out according to level of importance. Tiana is great on the phone, too. Jeff is outstanding. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and clearly knows wells and pump systems inside and out. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through my options, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. His work was efficient, professional, and he explained everything to me in Layman’s terms. It’s hard to find someone this reliable and straightforward these days. If you need well or pump work, Jeff is the guy you want to call. Highly recommend.

Specialty Pump and Well is superb. Unlike several other Pump and Well companies that I tried to get ahold of that didn't return any of my calls or internet service requests, Specialty ANSWERED the phone and scheduled a service call. When Ander arrived, he was polite, friendly, and explained all the options for repairing my pump and well system. He answered all of my questions in detail with thorough explanations. I would highly recommend this company without reservation and will do business with them in the future.
