Always impeccable work, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help with any problems, and won't try to over sell you. They're always willing to take calls and texts to try to troubleshoot, and will come very promptly if you need them to. Kevin came to service our well water filter system this time. He was wonderful to talk to, explained EVERYTHING, answered every question , was never condescending in any way (even when I stupidly cause part of our problem by messing up the settings). We have a huge filter system (really bad well water), that is awful to clean, but he did it very efficiently and quickly. He worked quite late in the evening to get us in on an earlier day, since the original appointment was on our daughter's birthday. We are very happy with Kevin and *everyone* at JKA well drilling and pumps. Highly recommend!!!

JKA Well Drilling deserves every bit of a five star review. They are professional, responsive, and surprisingly affordable. From start to finish, the entire team handled the replacement of my well pump with skill and integrity. Every single person who came to the property was courteous, capable, and genuinely honest. That matters. Kevin, in particular, went above and beyond. After the well pump installation, he came back out to make sure my filters and pressure tank were working properly and dialed in exactly right. That follow through says a lot about the company and the kind of people they are. If you need well work done and want it handled the right way by good people, I highly recommend JKA Well Drilling. I had a great experience with Pierce, Mason, and Tyler at JKA drilling a new well. They answered all my initial questions and stayed 100% true to the estimate with no surprises. They also helped navigate a unique existing water line issue without any hiccups. The final install was clean and I’m happy with the results. They took also care of all the necessary testing and paperwork as promised. Most importantly, my family now has water!
