I love my ring from them. My engagement ring was a beauty, but the wedding band I wanted to go with it didn't work. The store helped me create a custom piece and find wedding bands to match. They mounted the center stone a little higher than I had it before and it is stunning. Great customer service and fast turn around time!

I stopped in with a very inexpensive watch needing a new band, and I honestly expected to pay more for the repair than the watch was worth. Instead, he replaced the band on the spot and refused to charge me. That moment really stuck with me. This is a true old-school jeweler: kind, skilled, and generous with his time. You can immediately tell he cares about people and about his craft, not just transactions. We talk a lot about supporting local businesses, but this is exactly why it matters. Amazing experience, owner was extremely helpful and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I love that we were able to customize my ring from the ground up and it turned out to be more perfect than I'd ever want it to be. He was very respectful of our budget and didn't try to upsell us in any way, he made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and was able to get the ring to us within our timeline. 11/10 on quality and I highly recommend them!

From the beginning, Bill was knowledgeable, never pushy, and worked with me to ensure I got the ring I wanted within budget.
