I called Jafco with a clogged bathtub drain after getting frustrated with my regular plumber's lack of response. They arranged a visit the same day and told me the time of arrival within 2 hours. Miguel came and answered all my questions calmly and patiently. He not only unclogged the drain, but helped repair some of the hardware on the fixtures. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Miguel and Jafco to anyone!

We had an outdoor water leak from a pipe that needed replacing, and several companies made proposals. The best prices were Jafco and another company and decided on Jafco because of the A+ BBB rating and positive reviews. We experienced them as an on-time and highly professional operation. When the installation completed, they arranged for an inspection from Seattle Public Utilities which passed. When I called Seattle Public Utilities to ask for water credits, the customer service person was pleasantly surprised at how easily she was able to pull up the inspection result, exclaiming that this company did it correctly for a change (compared t... We had a great experience with Garrett and Abrahim! We called about a leaky outdoor faucet, and they were able to come out within 24 hours. They were friendly, efficient, and got everything fixed quickly. Really appreciate their professionalism and fast service. Highly recommended.
