Today’s work added 1) a supply line shutoff at the house (built in 1964) which we never had (very convenient!); 2) in master bathroom, replaced old tub/shower trim with oil-rubbed bronze finishes to match sink, mirror & light fixture (very nice upgrade!); 3) installed positive shutoff valves to the clothes washer (no more drips). Gabe & Dante kept us apprised of the progress on each project & upon completion explained operations of changes. Work areas were all tidied up before their departure. Very pleased with the results! Thank you Brandon for fixing our broken water heater so promptly! I called around a few companies and most expected more than a week to get the necessary parts to repair my Rheem natural gas heater. Brandon and team were able to source the parts locally and fixed the heater in less than 24 hours! I cannot express how thankful we are for being able to take a hot shower in the winter. On top of their great work, they were punctual, courteous and patient when answering my questions. Their rate was competitive and communication smooth.

We knew we were getting close to the end of life of our water heater, so during this year's annual inspection it was no surprise when a leak was found. Dimitri was able to do the replacement same day and updated a bunch of mystery to me, but "things plumbers know about" stuff, like fittings and tubing/pipes. Always happy with the service we get from this company and they come back and take care of us year after year. We have gotten amazing mileage from the Diamond Club.
