I have always had excellent experiences with Gene Johnson Plumbing. Today, Andrew came out to fix my tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to do a thorough job to ensure all aspects of my problem were fixed properly. Andrew explained everything to me clearly and was very willing to answer all of my questions. Scheduling was easy and the ladies on the phone were friendly and helpful. He was literally sweating and did everything in his power to resolve a very difficult toilet clog. I have honestly never met a more honest, hardworking plumber than Mike K. Darius came out today to deal with our toilet repair issue. This company has great communication, quick response time, and although I was not expecting a repair expense at this time I felt it was a fair price for what was needed. Darius is courteous, professional and just a fantastic person. Very respectful of our place, fixed what was needed and left it clean and tidy. This is the second time I needed Gene Johnson Plumbing for our house and I highly recommend them for yours. Cheers.

5 stars – Daniel (PS - Daniel Fadzl - MW) came out to fix a boiler issue at my home today, and he did an outstanding job! The boiler had a problem, but he diagnosed it quickly, repaired it efficiently, and had everything back to safe and normal operation in just 2.5 hours. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough—everything was handled carefully to ensure safety. I’m really happy with the service and relieved to have heat working perfectly again.
