My daughter brought her computer in for a faulty cord connection. They initially told her it was the battery, not the connection and they would need to replace it. After a month of dragging their feet they told her the motherboard was bad and it would be that magic number of $450 to repair it. They claimed that they misdiagnosed it, but still wanted to charge him for the diagnosis? Then offered to sell him a like new computer. Again, it seems to be a common theme for this company. They gave in and paid $65 to get their broken computer back after paying them $230 previously for the supposedly bad battery issue. Stay away from this company. They are reporting thin to the consumer protection department for the state.
