Our dryer stopped working, I called Stones(david) to schedule an appt for evaluation and repair. I was given a time and scheduled appointment. David called me when he was on his way. Upon arriving, David explained what he thought was wrong, tested unit and provided a cost for both parts and labor. He cleaned inside unit, installed new heating coil and thermostat. And a thermal link(fuse). During all of this service David was informative, and polite. They work was excellent, timely and done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend SA appliance repair. Excellent work
David was so nice. He answered all my questions about the washer. He gave me advice and showed me how to keep it clean. He was honest about the fact that the washer’s belt is just a little dirty but is still good so I do not need to replace it. He said it just needed a little cleaning and he went ahead and cleaned it for me. David tried to fixed the door lock first. He hoped that we didn’t have replace new parts, but he found that there was a broken piece in the lock. We had the extra lock from the previous repair. David replaced the lock. The other guy told us that we needed a new computer board for the washer which would’ve cost us so much... David was so nice. He answered all my questions about the washer. Thanks David Stone Appliance will be our go to repair shop.
I would definietely not recommend. I called last week and was told they would be out Monday between 9-1. I confirmed with them the night before. At 2:45 I received a message that they forgot to add my name to the their tickets and the tech did not have my number. Way too many other businesses that are professional and respectful of their customers time.
